Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for damaged goods. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase. Note that opened or used items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds & Replacements

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm its arrival. Our policy at Archies is to replace damaged items rather than offer refunds. Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances.

We will promptly update you on the status of your return or refund after inspection.

If approved for a replacement, we will arrange for the re-shipment of the product. For refunds, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
